Memberships

Membership Options & Rates

SEMO Students taking classes at the Main Campus, River Campus, Regional Campuses, or the Cape College Center will receive a membership at no cost during the semester they are enrolled.

Benefit eligible SEMO faculty/staff will receive a membership at no cost.

Approved verified affiliations are as follows:

  • Adjunct appointments
  • Campus Interns
  • Campus Ministers
  • Chartwells employees
  • Dual-enrolled students (taking high school classes and SEMO classes at the same time)
  • Emeritus faculty, staff, and their spouses
  • Current faculty and staff at any Southeast campus, not benefit-eligible
  • Verified spouses of SEMO students or faculty/staff
  • Verified retirees from SEMO

Verified as being on “alumni status” with the university. Please contact the Department of Recreation Services to verify alumni status.

Patrons in the community that no have verified affiliation with the university.  You may join the Student Recreation Center through a variety of memberships offered to our patrons.

Membership Parameters

It is expected that all students and members will abide by all posted and known policies for the SRC and all recreational facilities (both indoor and out). It is a privilege to have such a membership, not a right. Thus, any violations of the Student Conduct Code or not abiding by stated policies and procedures may result in forfeiture of your membership and non-refund of all fees. All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. The department will give only pro-rated refunds to members based on a verified doctor’s note and discussion with the Director of Recreation Services.

Parking

With the purchase of a Community or Alumni membership, a free parking pass is included. When purchasing your membership, please have your license plate number (and state) information to complete your paperwork. Recreation Services is not responsible for any tickets issued for improper parking. Patrons may park in the upper lot (west of the SRC) or in the lower lot (just under the Redhawks pedestrian bridge).

Payment of Services

New memberships can be purchased during regular SRC hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (for exact amount) and cash.  Membership renewals may be purchased online following the online membership renewal link above.

Daily Guest Pass Guidelines

  • Guests age 16 years or older may purchase a daily guest pass.
  • Daily guest passes are $7/person.
  • All guests age 16 years of age or older must present a valid photo ID .

Equipment Rental and Checkout

The Student Recreation Centers offers a variety of both free and rentable sports equipment for students and members.
