Need help with getting or staying on track with your fitness plan this spring? Join Southeast’s Exercise Leadership and Nutrition Counseling students and Dietetic Interns to get that exercise and nutrition plan back in check. This 10-week program includes:

  • 2 student-led Personal Training Sessions per week (10 spots open), plus one additional weekly session which could be remote, self-paced, or face to face.
  • 2 nutrition counseling sessions with a Nutrition Counseling student (14 spots open)
  • Pre/Post Fitness and Body Composition Assessments

To sign up, please fill out the form below or contact Dr. Monica Kearney at If you can only do one portion of the program (e.g., only personal training or only nutrition counseling), please note this in the comments on the sign-up.

Please note that per guidelines for exercise testing and prescription, student personal trainers are required to screen for potential health risks as they relate to exercise. In some cases, participants may be required to provide physician-documented medical clearance prior to engaging in training sessions with their student trainer. Students will follow guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for determining if medical clearance is needed.
