Mass Media, Art, & Design Experiential Learning
College should be more than just a classroom experience. At SEMO, it is.
In the Department of Mass Media, Art, and Design, learning happens in studios, newsrooms, production sets, galleries, agencies, and communities—not just in classrooms. From your first projects to your senior portfolio, you'll create meaningful work that showcases your talent and prepares you for your career. That's why 100% of our students graduate with real-world experience. You'll collaborate with clients, produce live broadcasts, create films, exhibit artwork, design professional campaigns, and tell stories that make an impact. By graduation, you'll leave with more than a degree—you'll have the experience, portfolio, and confidence to succeed.
