Working out doesn’t have to be a solo sport! That’s why we offer both group fitness classes and personal training at the Student Recreation Center.

Personal One-on-One Training
This service is for those who want to start your exercise routine safely, learn proper techniques to exercise and get the encouragement from a personal trainer. Personal training is also for anyone who simply needs that extra motivation and guidance. Our personal trainers will develop a fitness program with your specialized needs in minds whether you have a health issue or training for a specific sport. Get the attention you deserve!
Large Fitness Rooms
Among our many other fitness rooms, our larger multipurpose room and Group Fitness Studio combine for more than 5,000 square feet of space for all kinds of fitness classes and personal usage. The multipurpose room is also available for rental to students, faculty, staff, and other community groups.
Whether you are starting your fitness journey, trying to increase your endurance and/or strength, or just wanting to work out with others, we’re sure to offer a group fitness class for you!
Your fitness journey is as unique as you, which is why we offer personal training. Your trainer can help teach you the proper way to exercise, work toward your goals, and keep you motivated. If you want to work out with your friends and save some money, we also offer small group training with a personal trainer.
