Aviation Experiential Learning
A career in the skies starts on the ground.
Aviation isn't learned from a textbook alone. At SEMO's Center for Aviation Studies, students train in the same environment where professional pilots, airport managers, and aviation leaders build their careers. From day one, classroom learning is paired with flight training, simulator experience, industry networking, and hands-on opportunities at a working airport.
Whether becoming a Professional Pilot or preparing for a career in Aviation Management, students graduate with more than a degree. They leave with real experience, valuable industry connections, leadership skills, and the confidence to launch a successful career in aviation.

- 52,000-square-foot hangar with dedicated classrooms, faculty offices, and flight simulators
