The Board of Governors is comprised of seven voting members plus one non-voting student representative all of which are appointed by the Governor of the State of Missouri.
The Board serves as the governing body of Southeast. The Board institutes regulations, rules and policies in accordance with the University mission and laws at the local, state and federal levels in order to effectively fulfill its obligation.
