The Writing Lab, located in Kent Library 311, provides face-to-face writing support to University and community clients. The consultants in the Writing Lab will help you with your writing at any stage of the process.
In-Person Writing Consultations: You are welcome to drop by any time during our operating hours. If your paper is longer than 10 pages, you may consider making an appointment by calling or emailing (573) 651-2460; writing@semo.edu). Please remember to bring a hard copy of your paper.

Services and Guidelines
Don't wait until the last minute to visit the Writing Lab. Give yourself at least a day between your visit to the Lab and the date the paper is due. Think about what you want to accomplish before you talk with a tutor. A conference can be helpful at any stage in the writing process, even if you haven't written a word yet.
