Hi, I am Dr. Duncan. I am excited to be teaching full-time at Southeast Missouri State University. I am a retired school superintendent and a proud alumnus of Southeast Missouri State University.

I have earned the following degrees: Southeast Missouri State University, BS English Education (1988), MA Ed Leadership (1991), Ed. Spec. Superintendency (1996); University of Missouri/Southeast MO State Ed. D. Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (2000).

I was fortunate to have high-quality experiences in the K-12 setting. I have 26 years of school administrative experience, including the following: Missouri school superintendent (9 years), other central office (8 years), and principal (9 years). Teaching and coaching experience (high school English, French, yearbook, football, basketball).
