Southeast Announces Holiday Hours

Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Jan. 2. Spring 2024 semester classes begin Jan. 16.
Winter break hours for campus operations will be as follows:

Student Recreation Center:

Dec. 16 - Jan. 13:

• Monday - Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Saturday - Sunday: Noon - 7 p.m.

Student Aquatic Center:

Dec. 16 - Jan. 13:

• Monday - Friday 5:30 - 7 a.m. / 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. / 4 - 7 p.m.
• Saturday - Sunday: Noon - 5 p.m.

All Recreation facilities will be closed Dec. 24 - 26, Dec. 31, and Jan. 1. Regular hours resume Jan. 14, 2024.

Information Technology (IT) Help Desk:

Dec. 18 - Dec. 21: Memorial Hall 107 open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Towers 108 closed, phone and email support available from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Dec. 22: Memorial Hall 107 and Towers Complex 108 closed, phone and email support available 10 a.m-2 p.m.

Dec. 23: Dec. Dec. 25: All locations closed

Dec. 26: Dec. 29: Memorial Hall 107 and Towers Complex 108 closed, phone and email support available 10 a.m- 2  p.m.

Dec. 30: Jan. 2: All locations closed

Jan. 2 - 5:

• Memorial Hall Room 107 will be open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Phone and email support will be available from 5 - 8 p.m.

Jan. 6 - 7: Phone and email support available from 10 a.m . -2 p.m. 

Jan. 8 - Jan. 11:

• Memorial Hall Room 107 will be open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Phone and email support will be available from 5 - 8 p.m.

Jan. 12:

• Towers Complex Room 108 will be open from noon - 5 p.m. 
• Memorial Hall Room 107 will be open from 8 a.m. – 5p.m.

Jan. 13 - 14:

• Memorial Hall Room 107 will be closed
• Towers Complex 108 will be open from noon – 4 p.m.

Jan 15: Towers Complex 108 will be open 5  – 9 p.m.

Full services resumes at 8 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 16.

IT Computer Labs:

All computer labs will be closed beginning Saturday, Dec. 16.
Kent Library Information Commons will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 2 at 8 a.m.

• Towers Complex and Merick Hall computer labs will reopen Saturday, Jan. 13
• All other computer labs will open on their regular schedule beginning Tuesday, Jan. 16.

Dining Services:

Dec. 16-17: All operations closed.
Dec. 18-22: Starbucks open 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. 
Dec. 23-Jan. 1: All operations closed.
Jan. 2-5: Starbucks open 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. 
Jan. 6-7: All operations closed. 
Jan. 8-12: Starbucks open 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. 
Jan. 13: All operations closed.

Shuttle Services:

Campus shuttle service will end, Friday, Dec. 15 at 5 p.m. with the close of the fall semester.  
W.I.N.G.S service will be offered during the semester break on the following dates.
