The Redhawk Food Pantry is collecting food donations for use over the winter break and into the spring semester in support of our campus community.
Anyone wishing to donate can drop off their items at the entrance to Textbook Rental where a drop off bin has been setup. Donations can also be collected via our office pickup service by emailing redhawkpantry@semo.edu. In the coming days volunteers will be dropping off a letter explaining the food drive and a small bags to help support this food drive. We ask that all donations be dry products or shelf stable items. You can also help by visiting the amazon.com gift registry and searching for “SEMO-Redhawk Food Pantry.”

The Redhawk Food Pantry provides non-perishable food items, hygiene products and school supplies to Southeast Missouri State University students and employees in need. It is the mission of Redhawk Food Pantry to provide supplemental support for members of the campus community who struggle with food insecurity. Additionally, the Redhawk Food Pantry encourages an educational understanding of food insecurity and provides a space for students to volunteer with their peers. The Pantry is made possible through the generous donations of many campus and Cape Girardeau community members.

- Box Meals (Hormel completes, Hamburger/Tuna helper, Homestyle Bakes, Ready meals)
- Can Stew, Chili, Chicken n’ Dumplings
- Can Soup (any varieties)
- Ramen Noodles (Chicken, Shrimp, Vegetarian)
- Mash Potatoes (box, bag, microwave cups)
- Rice (Minute, single serve box, Microwave cups)
