It is time once again for our Annual Evaluation process. In January, supervisors and staff will meet to review staff performance for 2022.
The performance evaluation process is an opportunity for the employee and supervisor to discuss employee strengths and/or areas of improvement related to both position-specific responsibilities and general performance, as well as set goals for the coming year.
Self-Evaluations are the first step in the Annual Review process. All staff self-evaluations must be submitted online by December 15, 2022. The online evaluation form may be accessed at myworkflows.semo.edu. Step-by-step instructions for completing the self-evaluation form is available on the portal. Below are instructions on how to access instructions:
- Log on to the portal at my.semo.edu
- Type Performance Appraisals in the search bar at the top
- Select Performance Appraisals (Page)
- Click on Self Evaluation Instructions
