Redhawks ID, Southeast Missouri State University’s identification card for students and employees, with the new design is now available to faculty, staff, graduate assistants and retirees.
Request a new ID using one of two methods:
- In Person: Visit the Center for Student Involvement(CSI), located inside Room 204 on the second floor of the University Center, and complete an ID request card, present your current Redhawks ID, and request a new design ID. The CSI is open Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m.–7 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Online: Log in the Portal using your SE Key and password, select Employee SS, locate the Employee Services section, select “Faculty/Staff/Graduate Assistant Redhawks ID Request” and complete the online request form.
Faculty, staff, and graduate assistants are encouraged to have a new ID photo taken if your current ID does not already have a recent photo. If you are requesting online, please upload a photo that captures from just above the head to just below your shoulders, with a neutral, solid background, where your head and face are not obscured with any items, unless for medical or religious purposes, and the photo is taken from directly in front of you. Individuals whose photos do not meet standards will be requested to resubmit the entire online form.

The University will continue to utilize and accept both card designs, until otherwise notified. Individuals may view both acceptable designs on the ID Services website.
