Move-In Dates
Due to the number of students moving onto campus, Residence Life will designate move-in days based on student type and residence halls. This allows for ease of traffic flow and ensures there is the needed staff for the residence halls to assist incoming students. These dates may differ from the contracted room assignment dates that students can see in the housing portal and assignment email.
Early Arrivals: Plan Smart
Due to Spring prep, early arrivals aren’t permitted before the official move-in start.
If you arrive early, a $40/night early arrival charge may apply. Let’s keep it simple—arrive on time and avoid the fee.

If you’d like to request a change, contact the Office of Residence Life. You’ll be notified via Southeast email if a change is possible. If not, move into your assigned space and work with us during the room change process after the 3rd week of classes.
