The SEMO Strength Club challenges you to Deadlift your Body Weight at NPHC Plaza on August 24, from noon - 4 p.m. Find the Science Quad outside of Magill Hall - 900 Parker Dr., and lift your body weight AMRAP (as many reps as possible). Members of the club will be there to cheer you on and prizes are included!
