There are endless chances to meet new friends at camp – whether it’s by teaming up during the scavenger hunt or hanging out with your roommate back at the residence hall. This is the perfect opportunity to make a ton of new friends before your first day of class!
2. Learn how to find your way around campus
CampRedhawk will have you adventuring all over SEMO's campus. Your group will visit the University Center, student housing, the Recreation Center, and downtown Cape Girardeau. After your CampRedhawk session you'll be a pro when it comes to traveling around the hillsides of campus. You can even take some time to find your future classes before the semester begins. It's the perfect time to figure out exactly how long you have to get from building to building.
3. It's fun
From zip-lining to scavenger hunts to swim parties, there’s so much going on, you won’t have time to even think about being bored. You’ll definitely have lots to tell your friends about back home once camp is over!
