Instructor — Nursing
I graduated from SEMO with my undergraduate nursing degree in 2011. I completed my MSN with an emphasis as a Nurse Educator in 2014, and my Doctorate in 2017.
My background is varied, starting in Cardiac Progressive Care, with time in LTC, a short stint of travel in an Emergency Room in Virginia, and Home Health.
I still currently work bedside at St. Francis in the Float Pool in the towers, going to Neuro, Ortho, Gen Med, Cardiac, and Rehab, so I enjoy getting to see and experience it all.
Outside of being a nurse, I am a mother of two small children, a wife, and an ultrarunner. My husband and I both attended SEMO so the campus and community is something I hold very near and dear to my heart.
