As recommended by the Benefits Subcommittee and communicated during our Annual Employee Open Enrollment, employees will have the option to select voluntary worksite benefits, which will be effective March 1, 2021. These benefits are employee paid and are available to the employee, spouse, and dependents. Open Enrollment will begin Feb. 1, 2021.
Guardian Life Insurance Company will offer Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance. A brief summary, including links to informational videos, is detailed below. Guardian will host benefit webinars the first week in February. The webinar schedule and additional information will be available at My Southeast, via the employee portal, prior to Feb. 1, 2021.
