The contract for Saint Francis participating physician providers, network facilities and rural clinics with UnitedHealthcare has been signed. Effective Sept.1, Saint Francis Medical Center network facilities and rural clinics will be back in network for University employees. As previously communicated, Saint Francis physician providers have continued in network to date due to contract extensions. Please note, Saint Francis participating providers and facilities are Tier 2 providers.

Southeast employees are encouraged to access information on plan deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums on the Human Resources website.
