Recreational Services and Human Resources are very excited to announce that additional screenings will be offered to our employees at the Annual Employee Health and Wellness Fair on Oct. 22-23. Integra Wellness will be on site again this year at the health fair to perform Stroke/Carotid Artery Ultrasounds, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Ultrasounds and Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) tests. Visit www.integrawellness.com to get additional information on each of the test. Each test is $50, or you may choose the full vascular test which includes all three for $110. Spouses may participate as well. Because these tests are performed outside of a medical setting, they are not covered by the Universitys health insurance. Payment is required at time of service. Forms of payment accepted: Visa, Master Card, flexible spending cards, HSA debit cards, cash and checks.
