The Gohns, who are Cape Girardeau residents, made a $10,000 gift to establish the award.
The renewable scholarship will be awarded to a mens or womens basketball student-athlete at Southeast. First preference will go to an international student. Second preference will be given to a student with financial need or a first-generation college student. Third preference will go to any mens or womens basketball student-athlete.
