Chelsea Eaton, a Southeast Missouri State University alumna and owner of Lemonade House Grille in Cape Girardeau, will discuss Unconventional Franchising for the New Entrepreneur March 27 at Southeasts Catapult Creative House.

Eatons presentation from 12:30-1:30 p.m. is part of an Entrepreneurship Speaker Series in collaboration with the Redhawk CEOs. Catapult and Southeasts Douglas C. Greene Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship are hosting the program.

Eaton graduated from Southeast in 2010 with a bachelors degree in psychology and a minor in entrepreneurship. She completed a masters degree in mental health counseling through Southeast in 2013. Prior to opening Lemonade House Grille in April 2018, Eaton owned an insurance agency and a photography business.

Students interested in attending are asked to register for the Speaker Series by visiting catapultsemo.com/speakerseries. Parking can be found behind Catapult Creative House, 612 Broadway in downtown Cape Girardeau, or students can ride the River Campus shuttle to be dropped off at the front door. Limited food service will be available during the presentation.
