This program is based upon a first-come, first-served basis.The program includes:- Three personal training sessions per week for 12 weeks - ONLY 11 SPOTS AVAILABLE
- Four one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions - ONLY 13 SPOTS AVAILABLE
- Pre/post assessment and body composition measurements
