Employees will receive the Motion enrollment instructionsvia email or mail. Employees with an email on file will receive instructions via email. If an employee does not have an email on file, the enrollment instructions will be mailed to their home.
As discussed in the Annual Employee Open Enrollment meetings, employees must meet IRS guidelines regarding HSA participation to be eligible for the Motion program. For more information about the program, click here.
It is important to enroll promptly. Timely enrollment will assist with delivery and set up of your device.
As we kick-off the new program, Human Resources encourages employees to complete a fun trivia quiz, available here. Employees that answer all the questions correctly will be placed in a drawing to receive a small give-a-way.
Employees may submit the completed trivia form tohumanresources@semo.edu or at the Human Resources office by Tuesday, Dec. 5.
