Southeast offers details of its unique benefits plan for its employees including tuition assistance, dual career services, and discounts at local businesses. 

The Budget office is part of the Financial Services Office and provides accurate and centralized budget and financial analytical services to assist the Board of Regents, senior administrative officers, and operating management in the effective management and monitoring of the financial resources of the University.  

The Controller’s office is part of the Financial Services Office and provides professional accounting services to Southeast, manages purchasing, pays University invoices, and reports financial information in accepted accounting principles. 

The Department of Public Safety (DPS) provides police staff to the University as well as manages parking, transit services, and emergency preparedness and safety.  

Southeast’s Facilities Management provides a wide range of services and works tirelessly to maintain campus buildings and landscaping to provide a high-quality standard of living, working, teaching, and learning.  

Human Resources works to recruit and retain the highest quality of faculty and staff in pursuing the University’s mission. In addition, HR provides quality service to all employees, provides training new staff, and administers the benefits programs offered to employees.  

The University’s Information Technology team can help with technology and equipment questions. IT manages the Southeast Portal as well as campus computer labs. It also provides a variety of information security, information systems, programming, and telecommunications services for campus.  

Southeast’s Payroll team is part of the Financial Services Office and manages faculty, staff, and student-worker payroll systems to make accurate and timely payments less appropriate deductions and maintains payroll record and reporting. 

Purchasing is part of the Financial Services Office and assists University employees and vendors with the University’s purchasing policy and procedures, provides purchasing training to employees, and offers direct deposit options to University vendors. 

Student Financial Services assists students in all steps of the financial aid process. The team also assists students in paying their bill, with payment plan setup, and answering all financial aid questions. 

The Show Me Center is a multipurpose arena. It’s home to Redhawk Basketball and also hosts non-University events like expos, concerts, events and more. The Show Me Center is historically where Freshmen gather for their first day on campus at Convocation and is also home to their commencement as they graduate.
