Recreation Services at Southeast Missouri State has everything you’re looking for to stay active. To name a few amenities, we have group classes, top-of-the-line workout equipment, club and intramural sports, and a state-of-the-art aquatic center.

- Monday - Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 11 p.m.
- Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Sunday: noon - 11 p.m.
Student Aquatic Center
- Monday - Friday: 5:30 – 7 a.m. / 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. / 4 - 8 p.m.
- Saturday - Sunday: Noon – 5 p.m.
Family Hours
- Friday at 4 p.m. through Sunday at 5 p.m. during the Fall and Spring Semesters
