eSports earnings grew to over $1 billion in 2017, bringing with it skilled players and competitive teams. Just like traditional sports, Southeast students wanted a gaming space to gather, play, compete, and relax, so we built one.
Located on the main floor of the Towers Complex, the eSports Arena is home to:
  • 12 personal computers
  • an additional gaming area with Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo consoles
  • a 70-inch wall-mounted television to get a birds-eye view of live games being played real-time in the space
  • a lounge area for viewers
The eSports Arena operates daily, with future plans to be open 24/7, offering after-hours and late night/early morning access.
At Southeast, we want our students to have every opportunity to find their fit during their time in college. The eSports Club and eSports Arena give students the opportunity to compete in tournaments and connect with other Redhawks. Whether you're a competitive or recreational gamer, you can join over 60 other Southeast students in this growing club.

To join the eSports Club, contact the club advisor, Eric Redinger, at or (573) 651-2471.
