The First-year Leadership Program -- FYLP (pronounced flip) is a series of workshops offered each fall semester for students to explore their personal leadership styles while connecting with others through fun and engaging activities led by upper-class student facilitators (listed below).

FYLP participants attend 6 two-hour weekly sessions with topics related to self-leadership. Participants will choose to participate in FYLP on either Mondays or Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. FYLP will begin on Monday, September 9, 2019 / Thursday, September 12, 2019 and last for 6 weeks.

FYLP is open to undergraduate students who have less than 60 credit hours, are in good academic and judicial standing, and register by the deadline. Registration will be open from June 4 - September 4, 2019 -- the Registration Form will be accessible on this webpage once registration is open.
