At Southeast Missouri State University, you have a support network to help guide you on your path to success! We understand that managing your way through college takes time, and we are here to help you stay focused on graduating from Southeast.

Use Southeast SupportNET to connect with the correct resources and people when you need them. 

  • Receive notifications from your instructors, advisor and other Southeast personnel (sent to your Southeast email account);
  • View your connections through "My Success Network" and see other services available to Southeast students across campus;
  • Request Help (General, Financial, or by Course);
  • View your Dashboard and Messages to keep yourself on track;
  • Schedule an appointment with your advisor or others.

Stay focused and remember, assistance is just a phone call or email away!

Phase 1: August 1, 2018

  • Introduce additional offices/departments/staff to SupportNET

  • Analytics
  • Expand usage of referrals & appointment scheduling (additional departments)

Southeast SupportNET is...

/ based on the idea that student success will be enhanced by the collaborative efforts of faculty, advisors, and support offices.

/ a student success platform that incorporates academic support and student self-service capabilities into a single portal, powered by Hobsons Starfish. Features include early alerts, appointment scheduling, and progress surveys.

/ a way for students to easily identify their support network (advisors, instructors, resident assistants, tutors, mentors, coaches and more).
