Extra Instructions

If you want to present, but not compete for Best Paper or Poster

Submit online and check the appropriate boxes, and turn in your signature page to Dr. Brandhorst as described by 3:30 pm April 9, 2018.

If you want to submit and compete for Best Paper or Poster

In addition to completing the above steps, you MUST submit your completed (no more than 10 pages) paper by email to Dr. Brandhorst by 3:30 p.m. April 9, 2018.

For the project to be considered for Best Paper or Best Poster award, the paper must be:

  • typed in 12pt, Times New Roman font
  • no more than 10 pages (not including figures, tables or references)

Important: If your paper is not submitted by 3:30 pm April 9, 2018, you will still be eligible to present your work at the conference, however, your paper will not be entered into the competition (paper or poster).

Please note: Papers will be judged by an interdisciplinary committee of Southeast faculty and students.
