Ryan Paluczak: People Pleaser features motifs such as windows, portals, scallops, cast shadows, and reflections. These photographs are snapshots of everyday life highlighting the many surprises that can be found in ordinary existence. This body of work is a result of focused attention on light as it interacts with various surfaces and materials.

Ryan Paluczak earned a BFA in Art with a specialization in Printmaking from Southeast Missouri State University, an MA in Studio Art from Eastern Illinois University, and an MFA in Sculpture and Expanded Media from Illinois State University. Paluczak was selected by Professor Bradley Phillips to juror the Annual Art + Design Juried Student Exhibit.
