Office: Towers Complex Room 102
Mrs. Kim McElroy joined the Office of Residence Life in April of 2001. Kim is a fall 2010 Southeast Missouri State University graduate, earning a Bachelor of General Studies degree. Kim has also attained a Certified Administrative Professional certification in May 2009.
In the front office position of Senior Account Clerk, Kim is responsible for assisting with phone calls and walk-in traffic for the office. Other responsibilities include contract and bill processing. In the course of her day Kim works closely with: the central office, hall directors, resident assistants, Chartwells, other university offices, students and their parents.
At home, Kim has been married to Randy for ten years and is helping to raise his sixteen year-old son, Jeremy. Her hobbies are collecting butterflies, crafts and cooking. She also works with the Zalma General Baptist Church on the church bulletin each Sunday and as a subsitute Sunday School teacher. A few years ago Kim moved to Advance, Missouri to also help her mother, the caregiver, of her grandmother before she passed away.
