Welcome to summer housing! Southeast Missouri State University is very pleased to have you as part of our campus community. Move-in begins Tuesday, May 18th at 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for summer residents choosing to stay on campus after their Spring semester move out dates. All check-ins take place at the Towers Customer Service Desk (1000 Towers Circle). Students arriving later in the summer will also check-in at the Towers Customer Service desk on their date of arrival. Summer 2021 housing will be hosted in Towers South, with students having the opportunity to choose a single- or double-occupancy room (not all single room requests may be honored due to limited space during the summer).
You will receive your housing assignment information via email. You can verify your housing assignment from the housing portal tab “Assignment Info”.

Room change requests after moving in should be directed to the Towers South Hall Director. Requests will be evaluated based on space availability.
To access campus internet, you will need to register all electronic devices that need Wi-Fi. Instructions for accessing the internet are available online.
ALCOHOL and MARIJUANA are major inhibitors of student academic success; Southeast Missouri State University will enforce the ban on alcohol and alcohol containers (full or empty).
CANDLES are a concern for your safety, and are a danger to you and to every other student in your building. Please leave your candles at home when you are packing for Southeast. Electric candle warmers and electric scents are welcome.
When you arrive, you should check-in at the Towers Customer Service Desk to get your room key. You can park your vehicle in the parking lots around the Towers complex to unload your vehicle. When parking or unloading your vehicle, do not park in any reserved parking spaces. After unloading, you must register your vehicle with the Department of Public Safety (DPS). Towers Resident parking lot (located near Group Housing) is available except for the reserved and metered parking spaces.

Packages will be checked in at the Towers Customer Service Desk and available for pick up with ID and emailed confirmation from the Unviersity mailroom. Desk Services are available daily, the scheduled service hours will be posted. If you are locked out of your residence hall room, please call the RA duty number posted at the Towers Customer Service Desk.
Regular meal service begins with breakfast on Monday, May 17. Food will be served at Towers Cafe. Visit the Chartwells site for summer hours of operation. Meal plans are not required for summer.
There are only two meal plans offered during the summer and food is only offered at Towers Cafe, Subway, and Starbucks.
