The Group/Greek Housing community consists of twelve fraternities and sororities housed in five buildings. The buildings have air conditioning, movable furniture, carpeting, newer lighting, newer windows and doors, a fire suppression and alarm system, and countless other improvements designed to help students succeed academically, personally, and socially.

Each room is equipped with a cable TV. There are also LAN (Local Area Network) ports for each resident of the room.

Assignment to Group/Greek Housing is for students affiliated with groups residing in the housing area. Students must be approved by the House Manager and the Greek Hall Director before they can move into Group/Greek Housing.
