RENT AN INSTRUCTOR POLICY
- CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least twenty four (24) hours in advance of scheduled
sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will count as a consumed paid session.
- LATE ARRIVALS
Sessions shall be one (1) hour in length and shall start at the scheduled time.
Sessions will not be extended due to the tardiness of the clients or due to interruptions
caused by the client. Any clients who do not arrive within fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled time
shall be deemed to have canceled and will forfeit that entire paid session.
- PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS
The client represents that he/she has consulted with a physician who has approved
the client’s participation in this physical fitness program. The client shall inform
and advise the instructor of any and all physical disabilities or limitations of the
client before the beginning of this training service.
- SUBSTITUTION OF A TRAINER
Another qualified staff member may substitute for your scheduled instructor in emergency
situations. The session can be rescheduled to a later date if you prefer to have
the scheduled instructor.
- PAYMENTS FOR THE SERVICE
All payments must be made through the Recreation Service Office 5 business days prior
to the scheduled session.
- REFUNDS
*There is a NO REFUND POLICY with fitness services and all sold services are non-transferable.
- TRANSFERABILITY
The clients may not sell, assign, or transfer their rights to the services to any
other party without prior written permission from Recreation Services, Southeast Missouri
State University.
- DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE
Nothing in this agreement and nothing in the trainer’s statements to the client shall
be interpreted or construed as a promise or guarantee about the progress or result
of the client’s fitness program.
