Every fall semester, Recreation Services partners Human Resources and Southeast Health to provide an Employee Wellness Screening and Health Fair to all faculty, staff, spouses and retirees.
The Student Recreation Center offers lunch classes targeted to employees and encourages them to take a break in the afternoon and come to a class from 12:15 - 12:45 pm! Students are welcome to attend these classes too. These 30 minute classes are a great way to release some stress and get your workout in at lunch. Looking to get on a regular health and fitness program this fall? Join Southeast’s senior Exercise Science and Dietetics students to get that health plan back in check. This program is based upon a first come, first serve basis. The program includes:
3 Personal Training Sessions per week
4 in person nutrition counseling sessions with our dietetic interns.
Pre/Post Assessment and Body Comp Measurements
