The Initiation Committee helps the chapter plan and run the annual initiation ceremony.
The Born to Read Committee oversees the chapter's literacy project.
The Redhawk Readers Committee oversees the chapter's service project for which Southeast students, faculty and staff read children’s books and build a video recording collection that is shared with regional elementary schools.
The Redhawk Talks Committee oversees the chapter's service project of creating short audios and videos about teaching, research and other interesting facts about courses that are suitable for young audience from K-12 area schools.
The Web Committee maintains and updates the chapter's Web site.
The Membership committee is responsible for seeking faculty, staff, and alumni nominations for membership, as well as encouraging qualified students to join the chapter.
The Fellowship Committee encourages eligible students to apply for PKP Graduate Fellowships, and assists those students with the application process.
The Activities Committee helps to organize chapter activities such as the Homecoming parade.
The Newsletter committee helps gather news, photos, and articles of interest to members and publishes two newsletters: one in Fall and one in Spring semesters.
