With over 16 years of experience in adult, professional, non-traditional, and graduate education, I currently serve as Dean for Extended Studies at Southeast Missouri State University. Before joining Southeast, I served in administrative posts at Delaware Valley University, Rutgers University, the Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY), and Columbia University.
I hold a Master of Public Administration from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, a Master of Arts from Dallas Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Williams Baptist University. I'm currently pursuing a Doctor of Education from the University of Miami in Applied Learning Sciences, with completion anticipated in 2022.
In addition to my professional experience, I have served as an Executive Board Member for the Continuing Education Association of New York and the National Association of Branch Campus Administrators. I am also active in several additional professional organizations, including the University Professional and Continuing Education Association, the Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE), and the Learning Resources Network (LERN).
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cycling, camping, and particularly enjoy visiting national parks. Among others, I have been to Yosemite, Rocky Mountain, Great Sand Dune, and White Sands.
