Driven by a deep sense of inner exploration, Barbi Myers' award winning oil paintings on canvas are nothing less than transcendent. Imbued with an uncommon translucency and fragility, Barbi creates etheral visions from her mind's eye, making even the mos ordianry of subjects magical.

Born on an Air Force base in Wiesbaden, Germany to an American father and German mother, Barbi experienced the beautiful diversity of the world at an early age. Living a nomadic exhistence as the military family moved from assignment to assignment, Barbi came to love and respect the art and culture of many lands.

An avid gardener, Barbi feels a close affinity for roses and uses them as her prime subject matter.
