Dates in this report reflect the time period the incident was reported. The actual incident may have occurred on a previous date.
Counseling and Disability Services and Campus Violence Prevention Program Incidents of Sexual Assault include all anonymous reports of sexual assault, both on and off-campus, during a calendar year. This data includes sexual assaults that are initially reported anonymously and may be reported to the Office of Student Conduct and Department of Public Safety at a later date. Therefore, there are overlapping incidents between the number of sexual assaults recorded by Counseling and Disability Services and Campus Violence Prevention Program, Office of Student Conduct, and Department of Public Safety. For example, a sexual assault that is initially disclosed anonymously to Counseling and Disability Services that is reported to the Department of Public Safety months later, would be counted in both areas.
