Use the Southeast Key Maintenance tool to set up the Password Reset Facility (highly recommended).

Set up the Password Reset Facility

  1. Go to https://app.semo.edu/sekey/SignIn.asp.
  2. Enter your Southeast Key.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Click "Sign In."
  5. Click "Reset Facility."
  6. Read the instructions. Pay special attention to, "Caution: Use questions that only you can answer, and no one else will guess."
  7. Enter three Question and answer pairs.
  8. Click "Save Questions/Answers."
