Immediate Classroom Support

Other than website support and information changes, IT has changed the way classroom support is provided. If you are teaching and technology is problematic and you’d like immediate support:

  1. Contact the IT Help Desk
  2. Provide the room number and issue
  3. Alert IT that you are requesting immediate assistance
If you do not use the immediate classroom support process, a work order will be created, and the technician will be dispatched after room availability has been provided. Please include room availability or the person who can provide that information.
