In case you have not already submitted your official final transcript or mark sheet and official graduation certificate or diploma, please do so before your departure to avoid any delays in course enrollment upon your arrival. If your documents are not in English, you must also provide certified English translations. Attested copies by a notary or school official are acceptable in place of original documents. In some cases, you may be allowed to present these documents upon arrival. Please check with our office first. You may not be allowed to enroll in classes until all required documents are received.
If you are transferring to Southeast with any post-secondary course work, the Office of the Registrar will evaluate your transfer credit. You must submit official transcripts or mark sheets and official graduation certificate or diploma, if applicable, for your coursework to be reviewed. Students with transferrable coursework from another college or university outside the U.S. must also provide official course descriptions for all post-secondary education. Once all necessary documents have been received, the Office of the Registrar will evaluate your transfer credit within 2-4 weeks and email you once your transfer credit is processed. Please check your email regularly for notifications from @semo.edu email addresses.
