Depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and academic concerns – these are just some of the issues that affect many Southeast students. If you think you may benefit from talking with a counselor, your first step is to call the Counseling Center to schedule an appointment at 573-986-6191.
Students with mental health concerns who desire consultation/treatment will be seen in the Counseling Center, located in Dearmont Hall. The Counseling Center staff will do an initial assessment. If referral is needed, the counselor will evaluate you for the appropriate referral. Counseling services provided by the Counseling Center staff are confidential and free of charge.
