Project Management

Project management staff oversee and coordinates all new construction and major renovations for the campus. They serve as the primary interface with customers, architects, engineers and contractors from the start of a construction project to its completion. During the construction process, project management staff will monitor progress, assure university standards are being followed and arrange for access and assistance in the planning of work schedules to reduce the inconvenience of campus departments.

Project management staff are supervised by the Associate Director for Design and Construction, who communicates with customers and works with department heads to meet the scope of work.

To initiate a project please complete the project request form found on the Facilities Management website and return to the Associate Director at MS7700, who will assign the request to a project manager.
