Sherwood Forest

Sherwood Forest is a non-profit residential summer camp program serving kids in need from the greater St. Louis region. Each year, we serve roughly 320 youth in grades 1st through 9th. At Sherwood Forest we are dedicated to providing opportunities for our youth to learn, grow, and have fun.

This year, we are looking for staff who have an interest in teaching reading through non-traditional learning environments. Activities range from leading our Book Club, managing the library, and encouraging learning and exploration through reading and writing. Staff will gain experience in developing, planning, and implementing curriculum and programs. Attached are job flyers that can also be forwarded or posted on job boards: Reading Teacher and Ideas Department Head.
