Student Organization Vaccine Challenge

What to Do
Registered student organizations can compete within 1 to 3 classifications based on membership size. Organizations interested in participating must meet the following deadlines to be eligible:
- October 1
Registered student organizations must notify Campus Life and Event Services of their interest in participating. - October 18
Submit a complete roster of student organization members to Campus Life and Event Services- Roster must include the students' first and last names and student ID numbers
- October 21
Upload evidence of full vaccination to the University's vaccine incentive website or share their information in person at one of the offices noted on the University's COVID site. - October 22
Student groups with a 70% or higher vaccination rate will be notified and those organizations shared with the campus community.
*Representative groups, such as Student Government, the Residence Hall Association, Student Athletic Advisory Council, Greek Week Steering Committee, and Greek governing councils are not eligible for the student organization vaccine challenge.
Get Rewarded
Those organizations that achieve at least a 70% vaccination rate for their members will be provided financial support to assist with the operation of their organizations.

50-99 members | $500 |
100+ members | $1,000 |
Organizations that receive financial support will be issued a check payable to the student organization, not to a member of the organization, or have the funds managed through Campus Life and Events Services office.

Fraternity and Sorority Chapters
What to Do
Fraternity and sorority chapters can compete within 1 to 3 classifications based on membership size. Organizations interested in participating must meet the following deadlines to be eligible:
- October 1
Fraternity or sorority chapters must notify the Office of Greek Life of their interest in participating. - October 18
Submit a complete roster of chapter members to the Office of Greek Life- Roster must include the students' first and last names and student ID numbers
- October 21
Upload evidence of full vaccination to the University's vaccine incentive website or share their information in person at one of the offices noted on the University's COVID site. - October 22
Chapters with a 70% or higher vaccination rate will be notified and those organizations shared with the campus community.
*Representative groups, such as Greek Week Steering Committee, Greek governing councils, or ne member classes within a chapter are not eligible for the student organization vaccine challenge.
Get Rewarded
Those chapters that achieve at least a 70% vaccination rate for their members will be provided financial support to assist with the operation of their chapter and a donation to a local or national charity of their choice.

1-49 members | $100 for the chapter $100 for a charity |
50-99 members | $250 for the chapter $250 for a charity |
100+ members | $500 for the chapter $500 for a charity |
Chapters that receive financial support will be issued a check payable to the chapter, not to a member of the chapter, or have the funds managed through the Greek Life office.

Club Sports
What to Do
Club sports recognized by Recreation Services can compete within 1 to 3 classifications based on membership size. Organizations interested in participating must meet the following deadlines to be eligible:
- October 1
Registered club sports teams must notify Student Recreation Services of their interest in participating. - October 18
Submit a complete roster of the team's members to Student Recreation Services- Roster must include the students' first and last names and student ID numbers
- October 21
Upload evidence of full vaccination to the University's vaccine incentive website or share their information in person at one of the offices noted on the University's COVID site. - October 22
Teams with a 70% or higher vaccination rate will be notified and those organizations shared with the campus community.
Get Rewarded
Those club sports that achieve at least a 70% vaccination rate for their members will be provided financial support to assist with the operation of their organizations.
