Reservation Request Timelines
Starting March 1 of current year for the entire following calendar year.
Student organizations that have completed their annual recognition process with Student
Government may begin requesting room/space reservations as follows:
October 15 for following Spring semester reservations (January-May)
April 15 for following Summer and Fall semester reservations (June-December)
*If the dates above fall on a weekend, holiday or bread, reservation requests will begin on the next regular business (M-F) day. For example, if March 1 falls on a Sunday, requests would begin on March 2.
