Are you currently enrolled at another college or university and interested in taking a Southeast class? Southeast welcomes you to take classes as a visiting student. Visiting students are enrolled as non-degree-seeking students.

Visiting Student Steps to Enrollment

Note: If you are an international applicant, please contact International Education and Services at or 573-986-6863 for application instructions in lieu of following the below instructions.

Step 1: Apply for Admission

Complete an Application for Admission. When completing the application, select "Visiting" as your student type and "Non-Degree Seeking (Undergraduate)" as your academic program.

Please note that visiting students are classified as non-degree-seeking students, so they are not eligible for financial aid. If you would like to be admitted as a degree-seeking-student, please follow the Transfer Student Steps to Enrollment.

Step 2: Enroll

Upon admission to Southeast, you may enroll in course(s) by contacting Academic Advising at or (573) 651-2007. A request for course enrollment must be sent from your Southeast email account. Include your Southeast ID number, semester, course and section number (if known). View the academic calendar and course offerings and availability.
