Steps to Apply

  1. Complete the application for admission online. We will let you know if we need additional documentation after you apply.
  2. Include the company code FOPN01 on the application.
  3. Fill out the Employee Rate Agreement form and email the required materials to admissions@semo.edu or mail them to:

Recertification

Current SEMO Online students who wish to receive the discount are required to recertify every semester. To receive the discount, complete the Employee Rate Agreement form and submit it together with the required materials (noted on the form) to the Office of Admissions.
