Are you currently enrolled at another college or university and interested in taking a Southeast class? Southeast welcomes you to take classes as a visiting student. Visiting students are enrolled as non-degree-seeking students.

Visiting Student Steps to Enrollment

Note: If you are an international applicant, please contact International Education and Services at intadmit@semo.edu or 573-986-6863 for application instructions in lieu of following the below instructions.

Step 1: Apply for Admission

Complete an Application for Admission and pay the non-refundable $30 application fee. When completing the application, select "Visiting" as your student type and "Non-Degree Seeking (Undergraduate)" as your academic program.

The application and application fee must be submitted three weeks prior to the beginning of the semester.

Please note that visiting students are classified as non-degree-seeking students, so they are not eligible for financial aid. If you would like to be admitted as a degree-seeking-student, please follow the Transfer Student Steps to Enrollment.

Step 2: Enroll

Upon admission to Southeast, you may enroll in course(s) by contacting Southeast Online at (573) 651-2766 or southeastonline@semo.edu.
